Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

To start a return, you can contact us at Donnamariescustomerservice@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

HOW TO SEND BACK YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
1. Contact us at Donnamariescustomerservice@gmail.com and let us know if you would like to exchange for another size or return 
2. For exchanges, please indicate the new desired size in email
3. Re-pack your item(s) in the bag or box you received them in or in your own packaging, removing any existing shipping labels.
4. Mail your package via USPS or whichever preferred carrier, to our return address:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items of 30% or more.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

However, Donna Marie's Boutique offers size exchanges for same items within 14 days of order delivery, contingent on the new desired size being in stock when your exchange is processed. If we do not have the desired size in stock when we process your exchange, we will process a return instead.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
