Shipping policy
All orders are shipped directly from Shreveport, LA via USPS or UPS. Our shipment process generally takes 3-5 business days. Please note that delivery times are only estimations.
DELIVERY
Once a package has left our headquarters we have very little control over it. While we will do all that we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Donna Marie's Boutique is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. Please note that Donna Marie's Boutique is also not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered according to USPS/UPS tracking. If you feel your location is unsafe for delivery, please contact us as soon as your order is placed to require a signature for the delivery of your package. Packages that require a signature will not be delivered unless someone in your household signs for it.
If you have not received your package within 20 business days of placing the order, email Donnamariescustomerservice@gmail.com with your Full Name, Email, Contact Info and Order Number and we'll look into the matter immediately!
SHIPPING RATES
We currently offer flat rates depending on weight. Our rates start at $5 and go up to $20. We also do offer 1-2 day express shipping for $25.
LOCATION
We currently only ship within the United States.
